How Do I Renew My Compassionate Pricing?

Medical cannabis should be accessible to everyone who needs it. That’s our motto, which is why we’re constantly working towards reducing barriers towards accessibility. We’re honoured to be able to provide medical cannabis to all who qualify and are proud to offer one of the best Compassionate Pricing programs in the industry.

Have you recently received an email letting you know your Compassionate Pricing is about to expire? If so, you’ll need to renew your member status in order to continue to qualify for our program. Once everything is approved you’ll be able to order your medical cannabis through our online store at a 30% discount.

To renew, simply submit your most up-to-date documentation at the same time as your Medical Document and registration renewal. Please email your documentation as an attachment to [email protected] or send it by fax to 1-403-637-3121. If you choose not to renew your Medical Document with Aurora, there is no need to submit further documentation.

We will require either:

Proof of assistance from a federal or provincial program for disability

OR

A copy of ‘Notice of Assessment’ from the Canada Revenue Agency indicating your low-income status of $24,000 and under for the current tax year
